FAQs
Enterprise-specific questions.
Is ACOM affiliated with Fort Novosel or Coast Flight Training?+
We're an independent civilian flight school, separate from any military or contractor program. Several of our students are spouses or family of Fort Novosel personnel, but training is open to anyone.
Can I train at ACOM if I work at Fort Novosel?+
Yes. Many active-duty and DoD-affiliated students train with us in their off-hours. We can usually accommodate split schedules better than larger Part 141 programs.

Pilots train with us from across southeast Alabama and the Florida panhandle. Closer than you think.
Ready when you are
Don't let another year go by on the ground.
Five years from now, you can be the person who flew their family to the beach last weekend — or the person still talking about it.
Most people who say they'll learn to fly never do, because they never take the first step. Book a discovery flight today and we'll be in the air this week.
